Las Hadas Hours

Our founder Ivette Rouvroy has been in the catering and ballroom industry for over twenty years. At a very young age she opened her first restaurant named "Ensenada Fish Taco" in West Covina California. Having to relocate her business after the construction  of a railroad station, she opened "La Tortilla Loca" located in Reseda California.

Due to her delicious Mexican cuisine and outstanding hospitality, many celebrities came to taste her food. Salma Hayek, George Lopez, Guy Ecker, Antonio Villareigosa, just to name a few. As her business was thriving she moved on to open her very fist banquet hall, " Canoas".

With the help of her family the banquet hall made every social event a mesmerizing experience for all of her costumers. The venue was so highly recommended  that it had to be booked a year in advance. New opportunities arose in Dallas, Texas after five years of pure success in California.
